Viking Combat Gloves — Ladoga Style | Reenactment-Grade with Internal Plate Protection

Faithfully reproduced to resemble the Ladoga glove style found in Lake Ladoga, Iceland and other Viking Age sites, where mittens and leather gloves were used to fend off cold and weather. These gloves preserve that authentic look while offering serious modern combat protection.

Built for Combat Use
Inside is a layer of 1 mm stainless steel plating with thick internal padding to protect fingers from strikes. The exterior is made from tough veg-tanned leather for durability and historical accuracy.

Lightweight Upgrade Available
Optionally upgrade to 1 mm titanium, giving exceptional protection at a fraction of the weight (nearly as light as aluminium).

Articulation & Grip
Segmented plates articulate cleanly, allowing a secure grip on sword, spear or Dane axe without bulkiness.
