Returns & Refund Policy

RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Shipping may take longer if your country of residence is outside the United Kingdom.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Personal care goods (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items or gift cards
If unsure about a specific item, please reach out to us.


EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 3-Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is shipped into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must still be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

KEY DETAILS ON UK COOLING-OFF PERIODS
  • Distance Selling (Online/Phone): 14 days to cancel, starting the day after the contract is made or goods are received.
  • Off-Premises Contracts: 14 days if a service/item costing over £42 is bought away from the seller's premises.
  • Exceptions: Personalized items, urgent repairs, digital downloads (once started), and fully performed services are usually excluded.

MANUFACTURED TO ORDER
Some of our tents are manufactured to order (we also keep some in stock). Personalized items do not qualify for the cooling-off period or standard refund policy. Contact us if you have questions about manufactured-to-order items.
