At Medieval Tents, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, securely, and transparently. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how and when your order will reach you.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed during business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before dispatch.
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.

Shipping Options & Costs

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: £8.00 GBP (2–4 business days)

Europe & International

  • Standard International Shipping: £16.00 GBP (3–17 business days, depending on customs and destination)

⚠️ Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections or local courier delays.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed after 5:00 PM GMT will be processed the next working day.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.
  • Medieval Tents has no control over these charges and will not cover them.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
  • Use your tracking number to monitor your delivery status.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order has shipped:
    • We cannot refund or resend unless the package is returned to us.
    • Re-shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.
  • Some couriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Military Bases. If undeliverable, the package may be returned.

Cancellations & Returns

  • In-stock items: Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Made-to-order items: Cancellations only possible before production begins.
  • Returns: Shipping costs are non-refundable if the order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect.

Shipping Confirmation

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Delays

We do our best to meet estimated delivery times. However, delays may occur due to courier issues, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. If you experience a delay, please contact us for assistance.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
  • We will work with the courier to investigate and provide a replacement or refund where applicable.
