What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, absolutely! We proudly ship worldwide, including within the United Kingdom, across Europe, and to international destinations. Whether you’re a reenactor in France, a history enthusiast in the United States, or an event planner in Australia, we make sure your order reaches you safely.
Shipping rates are calculated based on your location and the weight of your items. Our tents and accessories are carefully packed to prevent any damage during transit. Depending on your region, some large orders may ship in separate parcels for added protection.
We work with trusted courier services and freight carriers who specialize in delivering oversized or heavy parcels such as canvas tents and wooden accessories. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your package’s journey in real time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your destination:
UK Orders: Usually arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch.
International Orders: Typically delivered within 7–17 business days, depending on customs clearance and your country’s postal network.
During busy periods or large custom orders, production and handling may take slightly longer. We always aim to dispatch as soon as possible and provide updates if any delays occur.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Every order includes a tracking number, sent to your email once the parcel is dispatched. You can use this link to follow your package at every stage of delivery — from warehouse dispatch to doorstep arrival. If you ordered multiple items, tracking updates may appear separately as items may ship in different parcels.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Once received, we will inspect the product before issuing a refund or exchange.
Please note that custom-made tents, sale items, and personalized orders cannot be returned, as they are crafted specifically for you. Before placing a custom order, we recommend confirming all details such as dimensions, fabric weight, and color.
For standard products, please contact our support team before returning your item so we can provide detailed instructions and return labels if applicable.
Do you accept returns on sale items or custom products?
Unfortunately, sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products cannot be returned.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is typically the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect. In the case of defective or misdelivered items, we will cover all return costs and arrange a replacement at no extra charge.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your returned parcel reaches us safely. Our goal is to make the process as smooth and transparent as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are usually processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional days for the funds to appear in your account. If there’s any delay, you can always reach out to our team for assistance — we’re happy to help track your refund through our payment processor.
