What payment methods do you accept?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship within the United Kingdom, across Europe, and worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.

How long does shipping take?

  • UK Orders: 2–4 business days
  • International Orders: 3–17 business days (depending on customs and destination)

Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real-time.

What is your return policy?

Do you accept returns on sale items or custom products?

Unfortunately, sale items, gift cards, and custom-made products cannot be returned.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

How long do refunds take?
